HISTORY

Im. Stiholt A/S was founded in 1949 by Immanuel Stiholt, and originally set up in a service station in the Danish town Sæby.

Today Im. Stiholt A/S is an authorised Scania agent in Northern Jutland, Denmark, and has branches in Sæby, Thisted, Aalborg and Hjørring – all have their own sales department, stock and building and service/repair workshops. In the Hjørring and Aalborg branches we also have authorised bus workshops. Im. Stiholt A/S employs about 270 people.

Stiholt Hydraulic was established in 1991 when we became the sole importer of NTM dustcart units. This branch of Im. Stiholt A/S also operated from our home address in Sæby. However, Stiholt Hydraulic gradually expanded, and in 2000 we relocated to our own and larger facilities in the Eastern part of Aalborg.

Besides the head office in Aalborg, Stiholt Hydraulic has since then grown to encompass branches in Havdrup, Naestved, Hoeng and Copenhagen in Sealand, and Nørre Aaby.
